World Mental Health Day is observed annually on October 10 to raise awareness about mental health issues. World Mental Health Week is observed in India from October 4 to 10 under the guidance of the World Health Organization, the World Health Organization, and the Indian Psychiatric Association. ‘Mind’ refers to the brain. The first step in recovering from a mental illness that affects everyone from children to the elderly is to learn about its symptoms. In short, if one feels different or more serious than others in thought, activity, behavior, and feelings, it may be a sign of a mental health problem. If such
symptoms persist, it is important to see a psychiatrist or psychiatrist immediately. Only if a person is in the right mood can he make the right health decisions. Can also do his job effectively. Participate in social affairs and become a good citizen. So let’s maintain mental health. Let’s create a healthy community !!!

The stress caused by web sites and communication devices known as social media is of great concern today. Psychological traumas caused by stress, loneliness, companionship crisis, low self- esteem, death or divorce in the family, trauma, trauma, violence, rape, genetic disorders, brain injury or disorder Alcoholism, contagious brain damage.
